Ability to be acquired in this lab

In this laboratory, we will discuss with researchers and laboratory members through various research projects, meet various values in international collaborative research (and study abroad), and experience many other opportunities offered by our university. Through these activities, the students can acquire expertise in the environmental field, the ability to understand and judge the relationship between the global environment and society, as well as international communication skills.

Regarding the internal self-growth, by the end of master program, the students are expected to acquire the way of logical thinking and its deepening, intrinsic awareness / discovery, new values of their selves and autonomy; i.e.,

• Based on advanced scientific and engineering knowledge, the students can logically judge and accept even the counter-intuitive events
• The students can interact with diverse values in a global society and understand things relatively
• The students can challenge difficult situations with strong conviction and hope

I believe that such person can contribute to the creation of new ideas, academic and social value in society and academic field.
